VeloSparkAI provides AI tools, automation solutions, website building, and AI skills training for trades and service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: AI phone answering and call handling, lead follow-up automation, business website design and development, AI tools consulting and implementation, and AI skills training for business owners.

Free Strategy Session

Our free AI roadmap and strategy session is provided at no cost and with no obligation. We reserve the right to limit availability of free sessions at our discretion.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

As a client or prospective client of VeloSparkAI, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information when requested; use our services only for lawful business purposes; not misrepresent your identity or business; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and obtain any necessary consents from your own customers before using AI tools or automation that may contact them.

Paid Services

Certain services provided by VeloSparkAI require payment. Fees will be clearly communicated before any paid engagement begins. All fees are in US dollars.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in custom AI roadmaps and implementations, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us at darrell@velosparkai.com within 7 days of service delivery.

Late Payments

For ongoing service agreements, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Our Content

All content on velosparkai.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of VeloSparkAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your Content

Any content, data, or materials you provide to us in connection with our services remain your property. By providing such materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for your business (such as websites or automation workflows) become your property. We retain the right to display such work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our AI tools and automation services are provided as-is and are intended to assist — not replace — human judgment. AI phone assistants and automated responses may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in your business. VeloSparkAI is not responsible for any business decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

By calling our AI phone assistant at (321) 399-8270, you consent to having your call recorded and transcribed. By texting (321) 340-6742 or providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from VeloSparkAI. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. All communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloSparkAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data — arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeloSparkAI, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms including Vapi, Quo/OpenPhone, Vercel, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
